Her students include people of all backgrounds, ages and health status: cancer patients, nurses, doctors, clergy, second graders, law students, golfers and office workers.

Deanne has been the VP of the Board of the Healer Within Foundation in Santa Barbara and serves on the Advisory Board of The Foundation for Living Medicine in Scottsdale.

Deanne enjoys kayaking in the Pacific ocean and riding bikes along the Pacific beach. An interest in crocheting led to the creation of Prayer Shawl ministries in three churches and in Uganda, Africa. Her hobby of photography has led to a small business, Photos by Deanne.
